The Dionysos Hills Residence is a high-specification maisonette, built in the center of Dionysos, surrounded by lush greenery, with absolute respect for the natural geomorphology of the landscape.

The steep slope of the ground led to the development of the project on multiple levels, in a way that integrates the architecture harmoniously into the terrain of the area and allows for maximum utilization of natural light and views.

The entire residence is spread over a ground floor, an upper floor, and split-level basements, with each level occupying approximately 120 sq.m., while the outdoor area includes a 20 sq.m. swimming pool in direct connection with the main living areas. Particular emphasis was placed on the use of environmentally friendly and fire-resistant materials, adapted to the requirements of the area and the project itself. The construction is dominated by reinforced concrete, plastered brickwork, transparent glass, and natural wood, in a balanced coexistence of materials that offer solidity, transparency, and warmth.

The result is a residence with a dynamic architectural identity, combining technical excellence with discreet luxury and integration into the natural landscape.
