In the coastal area of Limenaria in Thassos, in direct proximity to the sea, a complex of modern single-family residences was created, with a total gross area of 1,000 sq.m., aiming to harmonize contemporary living with the natural landscape. The composition fully utilizes the privileged location of the plot, offering unobstructed views, privacy, and a tranquil experience.

Each residence features a private pool, enhancing the uniqueness and autonomy of each unit, while the design emphasizes detail, simplicity of form, and clarity of material expression. At the same time, the inclusion of shared spaces – such as outdoor seating areas, barbecue spots, and green surfaces – creates a cohesive fabric between the residences, fostering a sense of collectivity and vibrant community spirit.

The architecture of the complex is characterized by clean lines and strict geometry, with respect for the natural environment and the scale of the location. The materials selected reinforce the timeless character of the construction: reinforced concrete as the structural framework, plaster finishes that provide brightness and visual calmness, local stone that grounds the whole in its surroundings, and glass that allows natural light and views to penetrate deep into the interior, shaping an experience of constant contact with the sea and light.

The complex in Limenaria represents a housing proposal that balances privacy with community and minimalism with local identity, offering a lifestyle based on serenity, simplicity, and the authentic experience of the island landscape.
