On a 1,100m² plot in Potamia, Thassos, just a few meters from the sea, a residential complex with a total gross area of 850m² was developed, in a location where the natural landscape and intense climatic conditions were key design factors.

The composition follows a gentle development axis within the plot, aiming for harmonious integration into the environment and maintaining the connection between the interior and exterior. Special attention was given to the selection of modern materials capable of withstanding the demanding conditions of the area (high humidity, strong winds, significant temperature fluctuations), ensuring the long-term durability and functionality of the complex.

The design was organized with a focus on maximum environmental and aesthetic performance, with the goal of creating a whole that respects the landscape and the particularities of the location, while also offering a high quality of living to its residents. The composition draws inspiration from the natural environment of Thassos, expressing through simple lines and gentle materials the understated luxury of Mediterranean architecture.
